WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As our VP Operations, you will report to the SVP Operations and you will oversee both the Customer Experience and Operations groups in Canada and the U.S. You will be responsible for defining the overall operational strategy aligned with corporate goals. This role is ideal for a visionary leader with deep expertise in payment operations and an extensive experience working with clients and partners who thrives in fast-paced and complex environment and is passionate about transforming the payments landscape through operational excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As our VP Operations, you will report to the SVP Operations and you will oversee both the Customer Experience and Operations groups in Canada and the U.S. You will be responsible for defining the overall operational strategy aligned with corporate goals. This role is ideal for a visionary leader with deep expertise in payment operations and an extensive experience working with clients and partners who thrives in fast-paced and complex environment and is passionate about transforming the payments landscape through operational excellence.
- Develop KPI’s and dashboards to track operational performance and outcomes and provide regular updates to management
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement systems, tools or process improvements
- Lead initiatives to improve profitability, scalability and customer satisfaction
- Manage and mentor the Operations and Customer Experience management teams
- Develop and monitor revenue margins, operating expenses, and budgets
- Integrate our teams in the U.S. and Canada to enhance collaboration and streamline operations
- Implement systems to support continued growth
- Ensure operational policies comply with legal, financial and regulatory requirements
- Enact change to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a business operations role with at least 5 years in a strategic capacity
- Ability to lead and implement changes across business lines
- Track record of leading and collaborating with geographically distributed teams, with specific experience across Canada, the United States, and Europe
- Strong understanding of operational processes
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention and growth
- Demonstrated knowledge of payment systems, infrastructures, and international regulations
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Strategic thinking, customer-centric mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in an evolving environment and drive results
- Proficiency/experience with Global (TSYS) and Fiserv would be an asset
